In May 29, 2018, the General Administration of Customs announced the decision on the revision of the regulations of the General Administration of Customs (the order No. 240th of the general customs office), the regulations for the regulation of the entry and exit of public goods by the People's Republic of China customs and the regulations for the supervision and regulation of People's Republic of China customs for the entry and exit of non resident passengers. The amendments are made to the relevant provisions. The legal document (see Annex) involved in the method is hereby promulgated and shall come into force on July 1, 2018.
This is hereby announced.
